The goal of this website redesign was to improve conversion rates by enhancing the overall user experience and guiding visitors toward key actions. This included simplifying page content, designing clear and engaging calls-to-action, optimizing for mobile devices, and building trust through thoughtful design elements.

Site redesign led to increased high value clicks to trials and demo videos by 10x - driving a surge in engagement and conversions. This transformation played a key role in the success of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, delivering measurable business impact.

The previous design displayed too many call-to-actions, confusing customers. With the lengthy content on the page, it lost the visitors attention and interest, making the customer feel lost.

New design led the customers to clear call-to-actions and outlined key product elements that focused on engagement. A decrease in heavy text content drove visibility to the products we were marketing.

The image thumbnails were hard to read and identify which contributed to little or no conversions. Text links on mobile did not respond properly.

In the redesign we highlighted important call-to-actions for the customer to find. Product imagery was updated to reflected the descriptions and grab attention. The text links were reformatted and designed to respond on mobile devices.
